Welcome to Redemption
Redemption is a Contemporary Cape Cod, cedar-shingled, style home built in 2003 with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a large back yard with a playground, and private decks on the front and rear of the property. The location is unprecedented with our deeded beach access (we share a private stairway across the street with one neighbor). Ease of access to Provincetown via bike or public transportation; and, proximity to the surfing and artist community of Wellfleet make this location a gem.
This is an upside down house. What does that mean? The kitchen, living, and dining room are on the second level! It was designed this way to take advantage of the views of the ocean.
The beach is at your toes! It is an easy walk to Truro Vineyards, Salty Market, Chequesette Chocolate and Captain’s Choice! Provincetown is a short bike ride away, and the galleries in Wellfleet are a short drive!
SECOND FLOOR
Upon entry, the stairway to the second level is at your feet! The stairs open at the top to a large dining area (seating 10+), kitchen, and living area. There is an office/sitting/additional sleeping area off of the kitchen. And, the living room and kitchen do supply additional dining seats/areas if necessary for a larger gathering. Through the kitchen, there is a half bathroom and a very large pantry. The breezeway leads to the bedroom wing. There are 3 second-level bedrooms. One master has a king – sized bed and en – suite bathroom. The other two rooms are both doubles and share a full – size bathroom in the private wing.
FIRST FLOOR
You will enter on the first floor from what looks like the “rear” of the property – it is the front entry! At this level, there is a first-floor master with an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms (one queen and one with 2 twins) which share a jack & jill bathroom as well. This level also hosts our piano room with a small sitting area.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level is smaller and has a living room set that is generally set up for kids. There are some toys, a table, and television down here. The laundry room is also on the lower level.

“This is a wonderful house for a group of people. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living rooms are perfect for cooking, conversation, eating, and hanging out. The bedrooms are good sized, most with their own bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The house is spread out enough on two levels that everyone can find their own degree of privacy and quiet.”
