Jeremiah is a Contemporary Cape Cod, cedar-shingled, style home built in 2000 (+3200 SF) with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, an ample yard, and 2 private decks on the front and rear of the property.
The kitchen, dining, and living room allow for great socialization of large groups or families. All are connected with decks on either side. The Master bedroom, with bathroom ensuite, is on the main level of the home. There are two additional beds with queen beds in them and a full bathroom on the same level. The lower level has two additional bedrooms (one with a queen, and the other with two fulls). There is also laundry on this level. There is central air conditioning throughout, and impressive two-story fireplace for cool fall/winter evenings, and a large yard with a double outdoor shower.
FIRST FLOOR
You will enter on main level from the coded entry at the front door. Upon entry you will experience the incredible “surprise” of this large open craftsman concept. The large living room, dining, and kitchen are all connected and great for social engagement. The flagstone fireplace is a showpiece and the large back deck flanks the entire length of the back of the house. There are 3 bedrooms on this level–The Master with a King and ensuite full bathroom, and two bedrooms with queens in each. A second bathroom is on this level as well.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has two full beds.
OUTDOORS
There is a back deck with seating, a gas grill, and a propane grill. There is also seating on the front deck.

Wonderful Open Layout
“Our group of 7 adults and 3 little ones had a wonderful week at Erica’s house. The house is beautiful with a wonderful open layout that was perfect for us to gather in and enjoy. The toddlers especially enjoyed the sprawling back deck and the large front porch. The location was also perfect in Wellfleet. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to our favorite beaches.”
