Enjoy a spectacular Cape Cod vacation in this home built in 2014!
Genesis is a Contemporary Cape Cod, cedar-shingled, style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an ample yard, and a private deck on the rear of the property.
You will enjoy quick access to Duck Pond (a walk away), all of the Ocean Beaches, and proximity to the center of town and all of the restaurants, galleries, and shopping that Wellfleet is known for. The Bike Trail is accessible at the end of Old County Road and the WHAT Theater is a short walk away.
Wellfleet is an incredible place to visit year-round, so please inquire with the owners with regard to any special activities that may be occurring during your visit.
FIRST FLOOR
You will enter on the first floor from the coded entry at the garage. There are some stored beach and outdoor amenities there. When you come up the stairs, you will enter the kitchen with a breakfast bar and the open concept on the first floor. This comprises the living room (with gas fireplace) and dining area. There is a bedroom (queen) and a full bathroom as well. This floor also has a washer and dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has two bedrooms with a full bathroom in between. One bedroom (“the master”) has a queen bed; the other has two queens
OUTDOORS
There is a back deck with seating, a gas grill, and a propane grill. There is also a small firepit.

“Great stay – we didn’t want to leave! The location was amazing and a special advantage in the off-season for accessibility to the beaches, trails, restaurants, Truro, and Ptown. It didn’t hurt that the weather was outstanding for the end of October so that only added to our enjoyment. The house itself is on a quiet, cul-de-sac, spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4 with a nice deck. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was flawless.
